OUR FURNITURE
We want to make your life easier, so we send most of our furniture already assembled. If not, the process will be very simple and we include instructions so that you don't have any problems. If you have purchased a sofa, the transport agency will assemble it at your home.
At Wabi Home we love to furnish homes with different materials, whether it be wood, rattan, microcement or jute. We take great care in always selecting the best possible quality to guarantee the durability of all furniture. Thanks to the versatility of each material, they can be perfectly combined to achieve different styles. We try to show the colour of each piece as faithfully and realistically as possible. However, there may always be variations. Depending on the type and tone of light to which the product is exposed, the colour may vary, becoming lighter or darker. In addition, many of our pieces are handcrafted, so there may also be slight variations in the shade of the material.
All furniture has a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include misuse of the product, transportation, accidents or other damage not caused by normal use of the products by the customer after delivery of the product.
Damage caused by cleaning products containing chemicals (solvents, dyes, paint, etc.) is also not included, as is colour deterioration due to exposure of the product to the sun or changes in temperature.
At Wabi Home we are a small company committed to offering products and services of the highest quality. Our purpose is to contribute to the creation of welcoming homes, where calm and balance are essential elements.
We work with a variety of suppliers, both national and international. The latter require longer delivery times, as their products come from different countries and arrive in small batches. For this reason, some availability dates may be longer.
Furniture from international origin is transported by sea, a method of transport that has undergone significant changes over the past year. There are currently fewer ships in circulation, which means routes with more stops. As a result, transit times have become longer and there is a greater likelihood of delays. To ensure optimal service and prevent these delays from affecting our customers, we add an additional 15 days to the estimated date of arrival at the port. This way, we can anticipate possible incidents without compromising the availability indicated on our website. Although we understand that these times may involve a wait, our priority is to provide quality service and ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.
Once the containers arrive at our warehouse, we carry out a rigorous quality control, inspecting each product to ensure that it is in perfect condition. We then proceed to prepare and deliver it through the corresponding transport agency.
If you wish to purchase a product that is currently out of stock, you can check its availability date next to the truck icon on our website . This date indicates when you will receive your order at home.
In case your purchase includes products with different delivery dates , the entire order will be sent on the latest date to optimize delivery logistics.

If you would like to visit our warehouse, which is close to Valencia, we will be happy to welcome you by appointment. To do so, write to us at hola@wabihome.com and we will arrange a day and time for the visit.
Otherwise, we offer free returns in case you don't have the opportunity to come and visit us and want to buy your product through our website. If you don't like it when you receive it, you have up to 14 days to return it without any problem.
If we have the product in our warehouse, you will receive your order in approximately 10-15 days. Shipping time may vary depending on the size of the order and the destination.

When you make your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. In the following days, you will receive an email informing you of the estimated delivery date of your order. Don't worry if this date is a long time in the future, as you will receive constant communications informing you of the estimated date at all times.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking link from the shipping company that carries your order.
Transport companies make two delivery attempts. If, after the last attempt, the order has not been delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse of origin.
If you want us to resend your order, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
BUYS
You can pay with a debit or credit card. You can also pay using Bizum, Paypal, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay. If you prefer to finance your purchase, Scalapay allows you to pay for your purchase in 3 installments.
If you are unable to make the payment using any of these options, please send us an email to hola@wabihome.com and we will make the payment via bank transfer.

RETURNS
It's very easy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without any problems. The return is free and you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive it.
The product must be in perfect condition and retain its original packaging. Once we receive the product and check its condition, we will refund the amount of the products, but not the costs of the first shipment.
To process the return we need you to send an email to incidencias@wabihome.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Products to be returned
- Reason for return
- Name of the buyer or user
- Pick-up address
Don't worry if we take a little while to respond: we stop counting the 14 calendar days from the moment you notify us by email of your decision to return the item.
Please note that all products can be returned, except for sofas and personalised products such as custom-made upholstered headboards. As these are made-to-order products, i.e. they are made specifically for you, they cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you decide to cancel your order and it has not yet left our warehouse, you will only have to send us an email to hola@wabihome.com indicating the order number and the reason for the cancellation.
If you decide to cancel your order once the shipping company has it and it is on its way to your home, you will have to wait to receive it. Once you have it, you will have to send us an email to incidencias@wabihome.com requesting the refund and indicating the following information:
- Order number
- Products to be returned
- Reason for return
- Name of the buyer or user
- Pick-up address
We are very sorry to hear that you received a defective product. We carefully check all orders before they leave our warehouse, but sometimes we miss something. Even during transport to your home, it can be damaged and damaged.
Of course, we will provide you with a solution until you have the product in perfect condition. To do this, we need you to send an email to incidencias@wabihome.com indicating the order number and attaching photos of the condition of the product. Remember that you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive it to notify us.
Don't worry if we take a little while to respond: we stop counting the 14 calendar days from the moment you notify us of the incident by email.
