Pay in 3 with Klarna

Our goal is to make your purchases easier, that's why we have “PAY IN 3 WITH KLARNA”, a payment method with which you can spread the cost of your order into 3 monthly installments of the same value.

The best of all? You won't start paying anything until you receive your order! As you can see, Klarna will block an amount equal to the first payment in your account, but it will not be deducted until we ship your order. The other two payments will be charged to you 60 and 90 days after your order is shipped.

Plus there is NO INTEREST or any additional charges!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you do this you will receive an email from Wabi Home confirming the order and another from Klarna with all the payment details. Sounds good, right?

HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE?

The first payment is made once your product has been shipped.

The second and third payments will be charged to your card 30 and 60 days respectively after the initial payment. You don't need to worry about remembering the dates, Klarna will notify you a few days before the payment with all the information, in addition, the payment will be made automatically to the card you have provided.

WHO AND WHEN CAN USE KLARNA?

You must be of legal age and have a shipping address in Spain/France. When you register for the first time, they will ask you for a photo of your ID, passport, residence permit or driving license. Don't forget to have any of these documents on hand! This is because Klarna needs to verify the identity of its customers.

This payment method can be used on orders between €35 and €1500 made from our website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER AND I HAVE PAID WITH KLARNA?

You must report the return to our customer service team by sending an email tohello@wabihome.com

Our team will confirm the return and communicate this information to Klarna, who will immediately send you an email with all the details of the return.

If the refund is partial, Klarna will send you an updated statement with a new payment schedule, updating the payment installment according to the new amount.

If the return is complete, Klarna will refund any payments you have already made and you will not be charged any further.
