Likewise, by using these particular services, you will be subject to any rule or usage guideline published for such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to comply with the above, please do not use it.
In compliance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, in a mandatory, permanent, easy, direct, and free manner, we inform you.
Object of the contract:
The general terms and conditions regulate the electronic purchase made by the buyer through the website www.wabihome.com and will be incorporated into your purchase contract at the end of the purchase process.
Wabi Home may modify these general purchase conditions at any time without in any case affecting purchases made prior to such modifications.
It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of these general sales conditions of Wabi Home.

Sales System:
To be able to access the purchase of Wabi Home products, it is necessary to register. Registration is free and you can register either at the end of the purchase process or in the "register" tab located at the top right of the website.
The sales process is as follows:
- Product selection: Click "add products" on the product page of our website for each product you wish to add to your "shopping cart." The prices shown on the website are in Euros and include taxes and fees.
- Start purchase process: On this screen you can see the summary of your order, quantity of each selected product, as well as its price. Click on Complete order to proceed.
- Registration: If you are already registered, we will ask for your username and password. Otherwise, it is necessary to register, and we will request your first name, last name, email address, and a password.
- Fill in the purchase details: Fill in your shipping and contact information.
- Order confirmation: Confirm your shipping details, contact information, and shipping costs.
- Select the payment method: Choose your preferred payment method, using a credit or debit card, as well as the secure methods of PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or financing. All payment methods are completely secure and guaranteed by banking and financial institutions. Under no circumstances will Wabi Home store your banking data.
- Purchase confirmation.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
An order will not be processed until payment validation exists; therefore, in cases of financing, it will not be issued until the date of final approval of the operation by the financial institution, and in cases of transfer, until the effective credit in the account.
Promotions:
Extra promotions and discounts do not apply to the OUTLET collection.
Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it has been completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
In the case of choosing the Pepper financing payment method, at the time of payment, we may transmit to Pepper during the purchase process your personal data included in the contact form and order details, so that Pepper can assess whether you meet the requirements to access their payment methods and to adapt these payment methods to your profile. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Pepper's privacy policy, which you can review here https://pepperfinance.es/politica-de-privacidad/. This payment method is not available in Portugal.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards established by PCI-DSS as indicated by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
The PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information from stores and their service providers.
Shipping:
Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday. We ship to Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores), Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy (except Sicily and Sardinia), Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
If an order contains items with different delivery times, it will be shipped based on the longest delivery time.
At Wabi Home, we divide our shipments based on the weight and volume of the order:
1. For shipments in Spain:
Sofas: This system is unique for upholstered sofas, as it is a large volume product we hire a specialized service. The transport agency will arrange an appointment with you, will carry and assemble the sofa where you indicate. This service only includes delivery to homes where the packages fit through the elevator or stairs; if a crane is needed, the customer will be responsible for its cost. The delivery time for the transport is 10 business days from when the agency picks it up (during promotional periods such as Black Friday or sales, the time may be longer).
*We do not have stock of upholstered sofas in our warehouse because they are made to order. Since there is the option to customize it (measurements and colors), it is impossible to have it pre-made; once the order is placed, we need 5 weeks for manufacturing.
Large and medium products: The delivery is made by 2 couriers who bring the product up to your house and leave it in the room you choose. (such as: dining tables, sideboards, display cabinets, headboards over 160cm). The delivery time for transportation is 10 business days from when it is picked up by the agency (during promotional periods like Black Friday or sales, the time may be longer).
Small products: we will send it through a courier agency that will deliver the order to the doorstep (such as chairs, small tables, paintings, and decoration products). The delivery time for transportation is 5 business days from when the agency picks it up (during promotional periods like Black Friday or sales, the time may be longer).
*For shipments to the Balearic Islands the transport delivery time is 14-16 business days for large products and sofas; and 4-6 business days for small and medium products from when it is picked up by the agency (during promotional periods such as Black Friday or sales the time may be longer).
2. For shipments to the rest of Europe:
Small, medium, and large products: we will send it through a courier agency that will deliver the order to the street level. The transport delivery time is 10 business days from when the agency picks it up (during promotional periods such as Black Friday or sales, the time may be longer).

Shipping costs depend on the amount of your order and are calculated at the end of the purchase process as follows:

These prices do not include the assembly or disassembly of the furniture, except for sofas and the Natura L table.
Responsibility for delivery:
Wabi Home does not guarantee the permanent availability of its products, being exempt from any type of liability.
Similarly, Wabi Home will be released from the contract in cases of total or partial non-payment by the user, omission, or inaccuracy in the information provided by the buyer.
Orders will be delivered to the address you provide at the time of purchase; therefore, Wabi Home assumes no responsibility if the delivery cannot be made due to the information provided being incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete.
If there is no one at the recipient's delivery address, Wabi Home reserves the right to make a second delivery. If the merchandise cannot be delivered for any reason, Wabi Home will coordinate communication between the carrier and the customer, with both agreeing on the delivery date.
If access to your home is not easy, it would be advisable to inform the carrier in advance (absence of elevator, narrow stairs, etc.) to facilitate the delivery of your order. If a lifting platform service is necessary to access from the facade to the interior of the home, these costs will be borne by the customer.
Withdrawal and returns:
In accordance with the provisions of Spanish legislation, the user has the right of withdrawal, by which they may return the received product if they find that it does not meet their expectations.
The Royal Legislative Decree 1/207, Art. 91.1 LGDCU, of November 16, allows the right of withdrawal to be exercised within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from its receipt. To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and retain the original packaging. The refund will be made after receiving the returned products in our warehouse and having reviewed and confirmed that the return is correct and that the product has returned in the same condition in which it was sent.
Return expenses caused by withdrawal will be borne by Wabi Home in any case (defective products, in poor condition, or due to failure to meet customer expectations). Return expenses are understood as those caused by the collection and delivery back to our warehouse (second shipment). The costs of the first shipment will also be borne by Wabi Home, except in the case of failure to meet customer expectations.
In case the products are not returned in perfect condition, Wabi Home reserves the right to pay a lower amount for your order.
In the specific case of products made to order (e.g., upholstered sofas), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (no exchanges, returns, or cancellations). Changes will only be made if the product is received with defects.
When the customer requests the cancellation of their order, prior to its receipt, they must contact incidencias@wabihome.com and the following cases are considered:
- That the order has not been shipped, in which case a full refund of the order will be made.
- That the order has been shipped, although not yet received by the customer, in which case, the customer must bear the shipping costs.
Model to exercise the right of withdrawal:
You must send to Wabi Home and Living, S.L. located at Av/ Espioca, 118 in Silla (Valencia) 46460, via email to the address incidencias@wabihome.com the following information:
- Order number
- Products to return
- Reason for the return
- Name of the buyer or user
- Pickup address
For Wabi Home your satisfaction is very important, to be able to offer you better service it is essential that you provide us with all the requested information.
Obvious errors and typos are not binding. For example, if you buy a product that was mistakenly offered for €1, Wabi Home reserves the right to cancel the order in whole or in part, refunding you the amount you have paid.
Defective or damaged product during transport:
If the buyer detects any damage to the packaging of the products received, it is important to note it on the carrier's delivery note, as well as to inform Wabi Home before opening the product.
In case the product is damaged, the buyer must send an email to incidencias@wabihome.com within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from its receipt, indicating the order number and attaching photos showing the condition of the products to proceed with the exchange. The costs of the new shipment and the collection of the defective one will be borne by Wabi Home.
Warranty:
All furniture purchased from January 1, 2022, has a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects; for orders purchased before January 1, 2022, the warranty is 2 years. This warranty includes shipping, materials, and labor, but according to the consumer goods warranty law, it excludes coverage for the inherent characteristics of the product, inherent to its nature, as well as damage caused by misuse. In the specific case of upholstered sofas, the warranty is 3 years.
This warranty does not cover misuse of the product, transportation, accidents, or other damages not caused by the normal use of the products by the customer after the delivery of the product.
Damages caused by cleaning products containing chemicals (solvents, dyes, paint, etc.) are also not included, as well as color deterioration due to exposure of the product to the sun or temperature changes.
If the item is handled or repaired by personnel outside the company, it is not covered under warranty.
To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present the proof of purchase by sending an email to incidencias@wabihome.com.

Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction:
All transactions made in www.wabihome.com are subject to Spanish legislation.
In the event that any discrepancy or conflict arises, the courts and tribunals of the buyer's domicile shall be the ones to address the conflict in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
In case the buying party has its domicile outside Spain, both parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Valencia (Spain).
