SHIPPING:

Shipping will be made from Monday to Friday. We ship to Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal (except Madeira and Azores), Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy (except Sicily and Sardinia), Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

If an order contains items with different delivery times, it will be shipped based on the longest delivery time.

At Wabi Home we divide our shipments based on the weight and volume of the order.

1. For shipments in Spain:

Sofas: This system is unique for upholstered sofas; since it is a high-volume product, we hire a specialized service. The transport agency will make an appointment with you, lift you up and assemble the sofa where you indicate. This service only includes delivery to homes where the packages can fit through the elevator or stairs. If a crane is needed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of it. The transport delivery time is 10 working daysfrom when the agency collects it (during promotional periods such as Black Friday or sales, the deadline may be longer).

*We do not have stock of upholstered sofas in our warehouse because they are made to order. By having the option to customize it (measurements and colors) it is impossible to have it manufactured, once the order is placed we need 5 weeks of manufacturing.

Large and medium products:The delivery is made by 2 delivery people who take the product to your house and leave it in the room you want(such as: dining tables, sideboards, display cabinets, headboards greater than 160cm). The transport delivery time is 10 working days from the time it is picked up by the agency (in promotional periods such as Black Friday or sales the time may be longer).

Small products: We will send through a parcel agency that will deliver the order at street level(such as: chairs, tables, paintings and decoration products). The transport delivery time is 5 working days from the time it is picked up by the agency (in promotional periods such as Black Friday or sales the time may be longer).

For shipments to the Balearic Islands: transportation delivery time is 14-16 working days for large products and sofas; and 4-6 working days for small and medium productsfrom when the agency collects it (during promotional periods such as Black Friday or sales, the deadline may be longer).

2. For shipments in the rest of Europe:

Small, medium and large products: We will send it through a parcel agency that will deliver the order at street level.The transport delivery time is 10 working days from the time it is picked up by the agency (in promotional periods such as Black Friday or sales the time may be longer).

Shipping costs depend on the amount of your order and are calculated at the end of the purchasing process as follows:

These prices do not include the assembly or disassembly of the furniture, with the exception of sofas and the Natura L table in Spain.

  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


To make any exchange or return of a product you have purchased on our website it is important that you know the following information.

All products can be returned, except for sofas and customized products. As these products are made to order (made to order for you), we do not accept returns or exchanges. For personalized or custom-made products, according to Law 3/2014 of 27 March (article 103) amending the LOCM art. 45, the Consumer's Right of Withdrawal and Return will not be applicable.

If you purchase a personalized item (size, fabric or upholstery), even if it has not yet been delivered to you, you will not be able to withdraw from the purchase contract.

You have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Each and every product you wish to return must be perfectly packed in the original packaging. Please keep the packaging in which you received it in order to be able to reuse it.

In case you have thrown it away unintentionally, you will have to buy a new bubble wrap and cardboard box. If you do not wrap the product in the same conditions you received it (box, bubble wrap...) and it arrives defective, the full amount will not be refunded.


It is very important that the product is well packaged so that it arrives in perfect condition to our warehouse and is not damaged during the return transport. Otherwise, the product will not be repaired and we will have to discard it.

Conditions:

If the product arrives at our warehouse with any breakage, scratch or dirty fabric, only 50% of the amount paid for the product will be refunded.
If the product arrives in perfect condition, that is, without any of the aforementioned damage, the full amount paid for the product will be refunded.
