At Wabi Home we want to make your purchases easier, that's why we have Pepper, a payment method with which you can finance your purchase up to 24 months . With Pepper, you can receive funding instantly, all you need is your phone number and card.

HOW DO I PAY WITH PEPPER?
1. Choose the PEPPER payment method that you will see in the checkout when making the payment.
2. You will be redirected to the PEPPER website where you must choose the number of installments and continue with the process.
3. Enter your personal details and card number to validate the payment.
4. Verify the purchase through an SMS that you will receive on your mobile
(SMS at no cost to you).
5. Done! Your purchase is now validated.
HOW CAN I KNOW THE AMOUNT OF EACH INSTALLMENT?
Pepper is a form of financing that offers the customer the possibility of dividing the payment of their order into 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 monthly installments, with a system of fixed installments. This installment will vary according to the amount financed, regardless of the number of months in which the payment is divided, and without additional interest.
You can use the simulator that you will see in the product sheet to calculate the amount of the installment based on the chosen installments.
HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE?
The first payment is made at the time of purchase.
The remaining payments will be made every 30 days from the time of purchase and payment of the first installment. You don't need to worry about remembering the dates, Pepper will notify you before the charge with all the information, and the charge will be made automatically to the card you have provided.
WHO CAN USE PEPPER AND WHEN?
You must be of legal age and have a shipping address in Spain. When you register for the first time, you will only be asked for your phone number and card; you do not need to have any other documents on hand.
Pepper accepts payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bizum, payment at the Post Office, Sofort, as well as by direct debit.
This payment method can be used for orders between €60 and €2000 placed on our website.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER AND I HAVE PAID WITH PEPPER?
You must report the return to our customer service team by sending an email to incidencias@wabihome.com.
Our team will confirm the return and communicate this information to PEPPER, who will immediately send you an email with all the details of the return. If the return is partial, PEPPER will send you an updated statement with a new payment schedule, updating the payment instalment according to the new amount. If the return is complete, PEPPER will refund any payments you have already made and you will not incur any other charges.
CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY FINANCING OR MODIFY MY DETAILS?
You can make any query or modification related to financing (query of pending payments, modification of the bank card, etc.) by accessing your PEPPER customer area at this link https://www.clientespepper.com/clientes entering your ID and password.
