Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will arm your credit card details. They are encrypted by the Payment Card Sector Data Security Pad (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only assembled to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After completion, purchase transaction information is excluded.

Shipment:
Home delivery will be made from the second to the sixth day. We make deliveries in Spain and Portugal, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Açores, and territories outside these countries.
If an order contains items with different delivery times, it will be sent based on a longer delivery time.
At Wabi Home, we divide our shipments according to the weight and volume of the order.
1. For deliveries in Spain:
Sofas:This system is unique for upholstered sofas, since it is a large volume product, we hire a specialized service. The transport agency will schedule a meeting with you, lift it up and set up the non-local sofa to indicate. This service only includes delivery to homes where the packaging is not in the elevator or on the stairs. If a crane is required, the customer will pay for it. The transport delivery time is 10 days from the moment you contact the agency or collect it.
*We do not have stock of unassembled sofas because they are only available by order. As we have the option of customization (sizes and cores) and it is impossible to order manufacturing, once the order is made we need 5 weeks for manufacturing.
Large and medium sized products:Delivery is carried out by 2 deliverers who take the product to your home and deliver it to the section you choose (for example: dining tables, sideboards, display cabinets, headboards with more than 160 cm). The transport delivery time is 10 days from the moment you contact the agency or collect it.
Small products:They will be sent by a mail agency that will deliver to the order on the street (for example, chains, tables, paintings and decoration products). The delivery time is 5 days from the moment the agency collects the order.
*For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 14-16 days only for large products and sofas; It takes 4-6 days for small and medium sized products from collection by the agency.
2. For deliveries in Portugal:
Small, medium and large products:It will be sent by a postal agency that will deliver to the parcel on the street. The delivery period is 10 days from the moment the agency proceeds to collect the order.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs depend on the amount of your order and are calculated at the end of the checkout process in the following way:

These prices do not include assembly and disassembly of furniture, except for the Natura L sofas and table in Spain.
Responsibility for delivery:
Wabi Home does not guarantee the permanent availability of its products, being exonerated from any type of responsibility.
Likewise, Wabi Home is dissociated from the contract in the event of non-payment in full or partial payment by the user, omission or inaccuracy of two data provided to the buyer.
The orders will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase, therefore Wabi Home does not assume any responsibility when the delivery cannot be made and as a result the data provided will be incorrect, imprecise or incomplete.
If there is an absence at the recipient's delivery address, Wabi Home reserves the right to make a second delivery. If the merchandise cannot be delivered for whatever reason, Wabi Home will coordinate communication between the carrier and the client, both agreeing on the delivery date.
If access to your home is not easy, it would be advisable to inform the carrier beforehand (no elevator, narrow stairs, etc.), to facilitate the delivery of your order. If the lifting platform service is necessary to access from the façade to the interior of the home, these expenses will be borne by the client.
Pickup and returns:
In accordance with the provisions of Spanish legislation, the user has the right to rescission, so that he/she can return the product received and verify that it does not correspond to his/her expectations.
Royal Legislative Decree 1/207, Art. 91.1 LGDCU, of November 16, and the right of portraiture can be exercised for a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days counting from the reception. Return costs incurred in case of cancellation will be borne by Wabi Home in all cases (defective products, products in poor condition or products that do not correspond to the customer's expectations). Return orders are understood as pick-up and delivery orders in our warehouse (second shipment). First shipment costs will also be borne by Wabi Home, except in the event of non-compliance with customer expectations.
If the products are not returned in perfect conditions, Wabi Home reserves the right to pay a lower value than your order.
In no specific case, two products are damaged by order (for example, upholstered sofas), or the right of portrait cannot be exercised (there will be no exchanges, returns or cancellations). Necessary exchanges will only be carried out if the product is received with defects.
When the client requests or cancels his/her order, before receiving the same, he/she must contact incidences@wabihome.com and the following cases are contemplated:
- The order was not issued; In this case, the order will be refunded in full.
- The order was sent, but it was not received by the customer, in case the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Product defective or damaged during transportation:

Warranty:
All items purchased after January 1, 2022 have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, for orders purchased before January 1, 2022, a 2-year warranty. This warranty includes shipping, material and labor, but, in accordance with the warranty reading for consumer benefits, the characteristics of the product, typical of its nature, as well as damage caused by its further use, are excluded from its use. coverage. This warranty does not include incorrect use of the product, transportation, accidents or other damages not caused by the normal use of the products by the customer after delivery of the product.

If it has been manipulated or repaired by people outside the company, it is not covered by the warranty.
