By accessing and using the service we offer at www.wabihome.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Likewise, by using these particular services, you will be subject to any rules or usage guidelines published for these services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to comply with the above, please do not use it.
In compliance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you in a mandatory, permanent, easy, direct, and free manner.
Object of the contract:
The general contracting conditions regulate the electronic purchase that the buyer makes through the website www.wabihome.com and they will be incorporated into your purchase contract at the end of the purchase process.
Wabi Home may modify these general purchase conditions at any time without affecting purchases made prior to such modifications.
It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of these general terms and conditions of sale of Wabi Home.

www.wabihome.com is owned by Wabi Home and Living, S.L. with address at Av/ Espioca, 118 46460 Silla (Valencia) with CIF B40549057 and registered in the Valencia commercial registry T 10593, F221, H V-185216.
Sales System:
To be able to access the purchase of Wabi Home products, it is necessary to register. Registration is free and you can register either at the end of the purchase process or in the "register" tab located at the top right of the website.
The sales process is as follows:
- Product selection: Click “add products” on the product page of our website for each product you wish to add to your “shopping cart.” The prices shown on the website are in Euros and include taxes and fees.
- Start purchase process: On this screen, you can see the summary of your order, quantity of each selected product, as well as its price. Click Finish order to proceed.
- Registration: If you are already registered, we will ask for your username and password. Otherwise, it is necessary to register and we will request your first name, last name, email, and a password.
- Fill in purchase data: Fill in your shipping and contact data.
- Order confirmation: Confirm your shipping data, contact, and shipping costs.
- Select the payment method: Choose the payment method you prefer, by credit or debit card, as well as the secure method of PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or financing. All payment methods are completely secure and guaranteed by banking and financial entities. Under no circumstances will Wabi Home store your banking data.
- Purchase confirmation.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
An order will not be processed until payment validation exists; therefore, in financing cases, it will not be issued until the final approval date of the operation by the financial institution, and in transfer cases, until the effective credit in the account.
Promotions:
Extra promotions and discounts do not apply to the OUTLET collection.
Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it has been completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards established by PCI-DSS as indicated by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
The PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information from stores and their service providers.
Shipping:
Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday. We ship to Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Portugal (except Madeira and Azores), Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy (except Sicily and Sardinia), Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
If an order contains items with different delivery times, it will be shipped based on the longest time.
At Wabi Home we divide our shipments based on the weight and volume of the order:
1. For shipments within Spain*:

Sofas: This system is unique for upholstered sofas, as it is a large volume product we contract a specialized service. The transport agency will arrange an appointment with you, bring up and assemble the sofa where you indicate. This service only includes delivery to homes where the packages fit through the elevator or stairs; if a crane is needed, the customer will bear the cost. The transport delivery time is 10 business days from when the agency picks it up. During promotional periods such as Black Friday or Sales the time may be longer. It is important to keep in mind that, as it is a made-to-order product and there is no stock, you must add 5 weeks of manufacturing to that delivery time.

Large and medium products: The delivery is made by the transport agency that is responsible for bringing the product into your home and leaving it in the room you desire. These products can be, for example: dining tables, sideboards, display cabinets, headboards over 160cm... among others. The transport delivery time is 10 business days from when the agency picks it up. During promotional periods such as Black Friday or Sales the time may be longer.
- Small products: They will be sent through a parcel agency that will deliver the order to street level such as, for example, side tables, paintings, and decoration products. The transport delivery time is 5 business days from when the agency picks it up. During promotional periods such as Black Friday or Sales the time may be longer.
*For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the transport delivery time is 14-16 business days for large products and sofas; and 4-6 business days for small and medium products from when the agency picks it up. During promotional periods such as Black Friday or sales the time may be longer.
2. For shipments to the rest of Europe:
Any type of product will be shipped through a transport agency that will deliver your order to the street level. The transport delivery time is 10 business days from when the agency picks it up. Remember that during promotional periods such as Black Friday or Sales the time may be longer.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs depend on the amount of your order and are calculated at the end of the purchase process as follows:

These prices do not include assembly or disassembly of furniture, except for sofas and the Natura L table.
Delivery responsibility:
Wabi Home does not guarantee the permanent availability of its products and is exempt from any type of liability.
Likewise, Wabi Home will be released from the contract in cases of total or partial non-payment by the user, omission, or inaccuracy in the information provided by the buyer.
Orders will be delivered to the address you provide at the time of purchase; therefore, Wabi Home assumes no responsibility when delivery cannot be made due to incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided.
If the recipient is absent at the delivery address, Wabi Home reserves the right to make a second delivery. If the merchandise cannot be delivered for any reason, Wabi Home will coordinate communication between the carrier and the customer, both agreeing on the delivery date.
If access to your home is not easy, it would be advisable to inform the carrier in advance (absence of elevator, narrow stairs, etc.) to facilitate the delivery of your order. If a lifting platform service is necessary to access from the facade to the interior of the home, these costs will be borne by the customer.
Cancellations:
The customer may cancel their order as long as it has not been dispatched from our warehouse. The cancellation request must be made exclusively through our REVER management portal.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In this case, the customer must wait for its receipt and, if applicable, proceed to process the return through REVER.
Regarding orders of personalized or made-to-measure products, cancellations will only be accepted if the manufacturing process has not started.
Withdrawal and returns:
In accordance with the provisions of Spanish legislation, the user has the right of withdrawal, by which they may return the received product if they find that it does not meet their expectations.
Royal Legislative Decree 1/207, Art. 91.1 LGDCU, of November 16, allowing the right of withdrawal to be exercised within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt.
Sofas and personalized or custom-made products according to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies LOCM art. 45. Consequently, returns or exchanges will not be accepted in these cases. Changes will only be made if the product is received with defects.
The processing of any return or exchange must be initiated through our REVER returns portal. This system will allow you to complete a guided form requesting the necessary documentation (photos of the product and original packaging, as well as a brief description of the reason for the return). Once the request is initiated, the customer will have 24 hours to provide the required photos or documentation. Failure to send this information within the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the request.
Upon receiving the request, REVER will issue a confirmation email, whose purpose is to certify the correct receipt of the procedure on our part.
All items subject to return must be sent in their original packaging and in perfect condition. We recommend keeping the received packaging. If not available, the Customer must replace it with equivalent packaging that guarantees proper protection of the product during transport (e.g., cardboard box and bubble wrap protection).
In case the product arrives damaged, used, or showing signs of improper handling due to inadequate packaging preparation for transport, Wabi Home reserves the right to reject the return or apply a deduction of up to 50% of the amount to be refunded, in addition to deducting the corresponding shipping costs. The customer will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Once the product is received at our warehouse and its condition verified, Wabi Home will proceed to refund the amounts paid by the Customer, except for shipping costs.
The customer may choose to manage the return shipment by their own means or select the pickup service offered by Wabi Home.

Return managed by the customer: the customer arranges transport by their own means, fully assuming shipping costs and risks of loss or damage during transport. It is recommended to purchase transport insurance covering these contingencies. The product must be sent within a maximum of 5 calendar days from confirmation of the return request to the following delivery address:

Return managed by Wabi Home: Wabi Home can arrange the pickup of the order through a transport agency. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount. These costs will be calculated based on the product price, following the indicative table below:

Incidents:
The customer will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of their order to report any related issues.
If the packaging shows visible damage at the time of delivery, it must be expressly noted on the delivery receipt from the transport company. This step is essential to manage subsequent claims in case of breakage or damage. Therefore, it is recommended to thoroughly inspect the order as soon as it is received.
Incident reports must also be made through REVER, attaching photographs that clearly show the issue, along with a brief description. Once the request is initiated, the customer will have 24 hours to complete the required documentation; if not done, the request will be automatically canceled, and a new process must be started.
Warranty:
All furniture purchased from January 1, 2022, has a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects; for orders purchased before January 1, 2022, the warranty is 2 years. This Warranty includes shipping, materials, and labor, but according to the consumer goods warranty law, it excludes coverage for the product's inherent characteristics, those inherent to its nature, as well as damages caused by misuse. In the specific case of upholstered sofas, the warranty is 3 years.
In cases where product replacement is appropriate, we will take care of collecting the defective item as part of the replacement process, at no additional cost to the customer.
This warranty does not cover misuse of the product, transportation, accidents, or other damages not caused by the normal use of the products by the customer after product delivery.
Damages caused by cleaning products containing chemicals (solvents, dyes, paint, etc.) are also not included, nor is color deterioration due to exposure of the product to the sun or temperature changes.
Likewise, any manipulation or repair carried out by personnel outside the company will void the warranty.
To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present the proof of purchase by sending an email to hola@wabihome.com.

Applicable legislation and Jurisdiction:
All transactions carried out at www.wabihome.com They submit to Spanish legislation.
In the event of any discrepancy or conflict, the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the buying party will handle the conflict according to the applicable legal regulations.
In case the buying party is domiciled outside Spain, both parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Valencia (Spain).
