OUR FURNITURE
We want to make your life easier, so we send most of our furniture already assembled. If not, the process will be very simple and we include instructions so that you don't have any problems. If you have purchased a sofa, the transport agency will assemble it at your home.
At Wabi Home we love to furnish homes with different materials, whether it be wood, rattan, microcement or jute. We take great care in always selecting the best possible quality to guarantee the durability of all furniture. Thanks to the versatility of each material, they can be perfectly combined to achieve different styles. We try to show the colour of each piece as faithfully and realistically as possible. However, there may always be variations. Depending on the type and tone of light to which the product is exposed, the colour may vary, becoming lighter or darker. In addition, many of our pieces are handcrafted, so there may also be slight variations in the shade of the material.
All furniture has a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include misuse of the product, transportation, accidents or other damage not caused by normal use of the products by the customer after delivery of the product.
Damage caused by cleaning products containing chemicals (solvents, dyes, paint, etc.) is also not included, as is colour deterioration due to exposure of the product to the sun or changes in temperature.
At Wabi Home we are a small company committed to offering products and services of the highest quality. Our purpose is to contribute to the creation of welcoming homes, where calm and balance are essential elements.
We work with a variety of suppliers, both national and international. The latter require longer delivery times, as their products come from different countries and arrive in small batches. For this reason, some availability dates may be longer.
Furniture from international origin is transported by sea, a method of transport that has undergone significant changes over the past year. There are currently fewer ships in circulation, which means routes with more stops. As a result, transit times have become longer and there is a greater likelihood of delays. To ensure optimal service and prevent these delays from affecting our customers, we add an additional 15 days to the estimated date of arrival at the port. This way, we can anticipate possible incidents without compromising the availability indicated on our website. Although we understand that these times may involve a wait, our priority is to provide quality service and ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.
Once the containers arrive at our warehouse, we carry out a rigorous quality control, inspecting each product to ensure that it is in perfect condition. We then proceed to prepare and deliver it through the corresponding transport agency.
If you wish to purchase a product that is currently out of stock, you can check its availability date next to the truck icon on our website . This date indicates when you will receive your order at home.
In case your purchase includes products with different delivery dates , the entire order will be sent on the latest date to optimize delivery logistics.

If you would like to visit our warehouse, which is near Valencia, we will be happy to receive you by appointment. To do so, write to us at hola@wabihome.com and we will arrange a day and time for the visit.
Otherwise, you have the option to return in case you do not have the opportunity to visit us and want to purchase your product through our website. If you do not like it when you receive it, you have up to 14 days to return it without any problem.
If we have the product in our warehouse, you will receive your order in approximately 10-15 days. Shipping time may vary depending on the size of the order and the destination.
If you wish to purchase a product that is currently out of stock, you can check its availability date next to the truck icon on our website . This date indicates when you will receive your order at home.

When you make your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. In the following days, you will receive an email informing you of the estimated delivery date of your order. Don't worry if this date is a long time in the future, as you will receive constant communications informing you of the estimated date at all times.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking link from the shipping company that carries your order.
Transport companies make two delivery attempts. If, after the last attempt, the order has not been delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse of origin.
If you want us to resend your order, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
PURCHASE
You can pay with a debit or credit card. You can also make the payment through Bizum, Paypal, Amazon Pay, or Apple Pay. If you prefer to finance your purchase, Scalapay allows you to pay your purchase in 3 installments. If you need to pay in more installments, you can pay with SeQura up to 18 months.

RETURNS
You can cancel your order as long as it has not left our warehouse. To cancel it, you must request it through our portal on REVER.
If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you will have to wait to receive it and process the return from REVER.
If your order is a personalized product, that is, made to measure for you, and you want to cancel it, you can only do so if it has not yet started to be manufactured. To do this, contact us by phone at 960 13 54 65.
It's very easy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it without any problems.
You have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt for any exchange or return. All products can be returned, except for sofas and personalized products which, being made specifically for you, are not accepted for exchange or return.
To make an exchange or return, you must initiate a request through our returns portal on REVER. Remember that the product must be in perfect condition and keep its original packaging.

We are very sorry that you received a defective product, we carefully check all orders before they leave our warehouse, but sometimes things slip through. Even during transport to your home, it can suffer bumps and damage.
You also have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to notify us of any type of issue. If the packaging is damaged, you must report it on the transport company's delivery note. This is essential to manage any subsequent claim in case of breakage. Therefore, it is important that you check your entire order as soon as you receive it.
To manage your issue, you must also do so through our portal on REVER, attaching photographs showing the issue along with a brief description of the problem. Remember that once you start the issue request, you have 24 hours to upload the photographs or necessary documentation. If you do not do so, the issue request will be incomplete and therefore canceled, meaning you will have to start the issue process again.
